Below, are the requirements, terms and conditions. It is proposed that the Crew Member will be contracted by DPI and assigned to the Client Airline for a period of 24 months with possible extensions. These terms are subject to the final agreement by the Client Airline and although we endeavour to keep you updated on all changes it is recommended that all interested pilots request updates periodically.
During the contract period, the Crew Member will all at times be under the full operational control of the Airline.

Remuneration |
USD 8,200 per month pro rata, net of any taxes. |

Contract Hours |
80 Block Hours per month. For any hours worked in excess of 80 per month a payment of 1/80th of monthly remuneration shall be paid. |

Days Free of Duty |
8 days per calendar month, comprising of a minimum of 3 consecutive days each month |

Annual Leave |
2.5 days shall accrue for every month of service. Annual leave should be taken in one or two blocks during the year. |

Sick Leave |
8 days per year |

Accommodation |
Hotel Accommodation shall be provided for the initial two weeks of the assignment thereafter, crewmembers will be responsible for their own accommodation.
DPI has a local representative in China who will assist in sourcing suitable accommodation. |

Air Travel |
Tickets shall be provided at the commencement and end of the contract to/from Shanghai and the Crew Members home residence.
In addition 2 return international tickets from/to Crew Members home residence, 3 domestic tickets on the airlines network per year of service shall be provided. These tickets are also usable by Crew Members families.
Crew Members shall also be able to travel as extra crew at no cost to and from any destination that the airline operates. |

Ground Transportation |
Crew Transportation shall be provided at base and at lay over stations |

Excess Luggage |
The Airline shall reimburse the crew member for the costs of excess luggage of no more than 30kgs at the commencement and termination of their assignment |

Uniforms and Identification |
Provided by the Airline |

Personal / Accident Insurance |
The Crew Member shall be provided with Personal / Accident Insurance for the duration of the contract subject to the terms and conditions of the policy |

Medical |
Direct Personnel shall make available at cost comprehensive medical insurance to the crewmember and their families. Subject to terms and conditions of the policy. |

Completion Bonus |
Upon successful completion of the initial twelve month contract, each crewmember will receive a bonus payment of USD $3000.
