We are currently looking for ATR and B737 First Officers as per attached advert the job profile for F/O B737.

Requirements:

·         High Secondary School Certificate

·         Holder of an ATPL recognized by ICAO with current type rating.

·         Total 2000 flying hours on jet

750 hours on B737 NG or equivalent and

1,500 hours minimum on Multi Engine

With instrument rating on JAR-25 type aircraft.

·         Age - Not exceeding 55 years.

  

 Salary Package:  RO. 1876/-

Performance Pay (please see below table)

  *  The conversion exchange rate is 0.385

  They will also be entitled to the following

 -       Education allowance (for each dependent child, up to 4 children who have not attained the age of 19 yrs)  Reimbursement would be as follows:  

 *          Reimbursement Limits up to class/grade 5:   75% of actual school education expenses, subject to maximum of RO. 1500/- per annum.

*           Reimbursement Limits up to class/grade (6 to 9):  75% of actual school education expenses, subject to maximum of RO. 2000/- per annum.

*           Reimbursement Limits up to class/grade (10 to 13):  75% of actual school education expenses, subject to maximum of RO. 2,500/- per annum.

-       Loan Amount A loan amount of RO. 2000/- (maximum) granted on initial joining.  The loan will be recovered in 6 months.  In case of termination or the staff chooses to leave the company before the expiry of the loan period then the balance amount will be adjusted against the final settlement. The request for the loan amount will need to be made within the first 3 months of joining the company.

-       Medical Medical treatment will be provided for the pilot and his family whilst in Muscat (spouse and 4 children up to the age of 19)

-      Annual leave The pilots will be entitled to 36 calendar days leave per year (exclusive of public holidays).
